Overview

Synthetic 28-amino acid peptide that modulates immune function through T-cell enhancement and cytokine regulation.

Mechanism of Action

Acts via TLRs on dendritic cells to activate NF-κB and JNK/p38/AP1 pathways, enhances T-cell differentiation and Th1 cytokine production (IFN-γ, IL-2), activates dendritic cells and NK cells, upregulates regulatory T-cells, downregulates pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Key Benefits

  • Enhances cellular and humoral immunity
  • Activates T-cells and natural killer cells
  • Reduces viral load in chronic infections
  • Balances immune response (upregulates when low, downregulates when excessive)
  • Supports vaccine response
  • Anti-inflammatory in autoimmune conditions
