Overview

Synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from gastric protein BPC with potent tissue regeneration and healing properties.

Mechanism of Action

Activates FAK-paxillin and VEGFR2 pathways for angiogenesis, upregulates growth hormone receptors and JAK-2 for tissue regeneration, modulates nitric oxide (Akt-eNOS pathway) for vascular dilation, downregulates Nos2 and Nfkb inflammatory genes.

Key Benefits

  • Accelerates healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and gut tissue
  • Enhances angiogenesis and blood vessel formation
  • Promotes collagen production and tissue remodeling
  • Reduces inflammation without suppressing immune response
  • Neuroprotective effects on brain tissue
  • Supports gut repair and intestinal healing

Clinical Applications

Tendon and ligament injuriesMuscle tears and strainsInflammatory bowel diseaseLeaky gut syndromeGastric ulcersJoint injuriesPost-surgical recovery
