Prices with insurance or Medicare

  • Commercial insurance with a savings card: as little as $25 a month for Wegovy, Ozempic or the Zepbound single-dose pen when your plan covers the drug, with savings capped at $100 a month (and $1,300 a year for Zepbound). Lilly's cards end December 31, 2026. Government plans are excluded.
  • Medicare GLP-1 Bridge: $50 a month for Wegovy (pen or pill), the Zepbound KwikPen or Foundayo, from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, for eligible Part D members with prior authorization. Programs can add their own fees: Noom lists $39 to start and $129 a month for its plan on top of the $50 copay.
  • TrumpRx.gov: lists the Wegovy pill at $149, the Wegovy pen and Ozempic at $199 and Zepbound at $299 a month, the same starting prices the manufacturers post.

How to read the prices

  • Starting dose and later doses. Most prices rise as the dose goes up, so compare at the dose you're likely to reach. Lilly notes that Zepbound 2.5 mg is a starting dose and isn't approved as a maintenance dose. Your clinician decides the dose.
  • Refill timing. Lilly's lower prices for Zepbound 7.5 mg and up, and for Foundayo 14.5 and 17.2 mg, apply only with a refill within 45 days.
  • Offers ending December 31, 2026. The $199 new-patient pen price for Wegovy and Ozempic, Lilly's reduced Foundayo prices at 2.5 and 5.5 mg, and Lilly's savings cards.
  • Membership and medication are separate. Ro, Hims, Noom Med, Calibrate and Weight Watchers bill the membership apart from the medication. Found and Noom GLP-1Rx include compounded medication in the plan price. Gabriel's prices are for the medication on a free account, with no membership required.
  • Compounded and brand drugs are different products. A compounded medication is prepared by a pharmacy for an individual prescription and isn't reviewed by the FDA the way a brand drug is. See tirzepatide vs semaglutide for how the two medicines compare.

How we built this index

  • Sources. Each price comes from the seller's own public page: LillyDirect and Zepbound.com for Eli Lilly; NovoCare Pharmacy, Wegovy.com and Ozempic.com for Novo Nordisk; each telehealth program's pricing or product page; and Gabriel's published prices. Coverage terms come from Medicare.gov and TrumpRx.gov.
  • Date checked. Every price was checked on October 22, 2026.
  • What's included. One-month self-pay medication prices and each program's membership fee, as posted.
  • What's excluded. Prices that need an account, a quiz or a ZIP code to see; insurance copays, which depend on your plan; taxes, shipping and needles; sellers that don't require a prescription or sell products labeled for research use; and prices reported by third-party sites.
  • Disclosure. Gabriel publishes this index and is one of the options in it. Gabriel's rows show its own published prices, listed the same way as every other row.
  • Updates. Prices change. We recheck every price monthly and update this page and its date.

Safety comes before price

A licensed clinician decides whether a GLP-1 fits you, which one and at what dose, based on your health history and other medicines. The FDA says compounded GLP-1s aren't reviewed for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and it has received reports of dosing errors, some needing hospital care.

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and orforglipron carry a warning about possible thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer, and aren't for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation. Get medical care right away for severe stomach pain that won't go away, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing. See GLP-1 side effects and MedlinePlus on semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Getting a GLP-1 through Gabriel

Send a prescription request from a free account. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether a GLP-1 fits and which one. If a brand drug fits better, it goes through the manufacturer's self-pay pharmacy. Prescriptions requested through Gabriel are reviewed by licensed clinicians at Everdawn, Gabriel's clinical partner.
