Both give you member prices close to cost, unlimited virtual urgent and primary care, and a human care team by text. Plus adds your first root-cause visit each year on us, a needle-free lab kit each year, a clinician-reviewed health plan twice a year, two in-person urgent care visits a year, a quarterly health report, the priority care team and free shipping.

Member prices are set close to what we pay. On items with a member price today, members save about half on lab tests and peptides and about 40% on supplements, and many lab tests are more than half off. Savings vary by item. Virtual urgent and primary care are included, and on Plus your first root-cause visit (up to $200) and two in-person urgent care visits (up to $150 each) are on us.

Gabriel helps you choose the panel that fits your goals and treatments, for example a heart and metabolic panel if you take a GLP-1, or a hormone panel if you’re on TRT or HRT. You collect it at home with a needle-free device. You can choose a bigger panel and pay the difference at the member price.

Twice a year, Gabriel uses AI to prepare a plan from your labs, treatments, supplements and wearable data. A licensed clinician through Everdawn reviews it, makes any changes and signs it. Then it shows up in your app with a guided tour of each recommendation. You don’t have to do anything to get it.

Your membership is how Gabriel gets paid, so we keep product margins small instead of charging retail markups. You get member pricing close to cost on labs, supplements, gear, and care.

For shopping, yes. One Core or Plus membership can order at member prices for your whole household, and you can send gifts to family and friends. The app, Gabriel Intelligence, the care team, virtual care, and the Plus extras are personal, so each adult who wants them needs their own membership and login. Kids under 18 are included on a parent’s membership. Member prices are for you, your family, and gifts, not for resale.

No. Core and Plus are billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime, in the app or by contacting support. On monthly billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, with no partial-month refunds. On yearly billing, cancel within 30 days after a yearly charge for a refund: in full on Core, and on Plus less what Gabriel paid for any root-cause or in-person urgent care visits you used and $120 if your lab kit has shipped. After that, your membership runs to the end of the year you paid for.

Yes. Core is $539 a year and Plus is $979 a year per adult, 12 months for the price of 11, and kids under 18 are still included. On yearly billing, everything in your plan starts right away. Yearly billing renews automatically each year, and Gabriel emails you a reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal. If you cancel within 30 days after a yearly charge, you get a refund: in full on Core, and on Plus less what Gabriel paid for any root-cause or in-person urgent care visits you used in that time and $120 if your lab kit has shipped. If you cancel after those 30 days, your membership runs to the end of the year you paid for and isn’t renewed, with no partial refund. Each plan is billed as two items: Primary Care Powered by Everdawn, for your everyday virtual primary and urgent care, and the Gabriel membership. On Core they’re $39 and $10 a month; on Plus, $69 and $20 (on yearly billing, $429 and $110 a year on Core, and $759 and $220 on Plus). Only the primary care part may be HSA/FSA eligible. No. Gabriel is a membership that works alongside your health insurance. Every membership includes Gabriel Intelligence, a care team by text, and unlimited virtual primary and urgent care. Emerald, Sapphire, and Onyx add a monthly wellness budget for care insurance usually skips, and Gabriel Core and Plus add member pricing. Keep your own health insurance for emergencies, hospital stays, and major medical events.

Both include the Gabriel app, Gabriel Intelligence, a care team by text, unlimited virtual primary care, and unlimited virtual urgent care. The difference is who pays for your care. Gabriel Core ($49) and Plus ($89) lower the price: member pricing, close to cost, on labs, supplements, gear, and care. On Plus, your first root-cause visit each year with any practitioner you choose is on Gabriel, up to $200, and a follow-up is half off, up to $100. On yearly billing it’s available right away; on monthly billing, from your third month. You pay as you go, with no wellness budget, and you can cancel anytime.
