Pranic Healing.

What it is

Pranic Healing is a no-touch energy practice developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. It is based on the idea that an energy body, or aura, surrounds and supports the physical body, and that health can suffer when that energy is depleted or congested. Practitioners scan the energy field, sweep away congested energy, then direct fresh prana, or life energy, to areas of need and balance the chakras.

The method follows taught, step-by-step protocols rather than intuition. Because there's no touch, it suits people in pain or who prefer not to be handled. Many people feel warmth, tingling or calm.

Evidence and safety

There is little formal research on Pranic Healing, and most support comes from case reports and the experience of practitioners and clients.
