Paying with HSA or FSA funds

WHOOP says its 12-month memberships can be paid with HSA or FSA funds. The IRS test is stricter: a wearable counts as a medical expense only when it is bought and used primarily for a specific medical condition. See is WHOOP HSA eligible, and check with your plan administrator or a tax advisor.
